She received a Bachelor’s degree in biology from Duke University, earned her medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, and performed her residency at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC. Before becoming a partner in Island Women’s Care, Dr. Millan practiced in Myrtle Beach, Marion, SC, and Alexandria, VA.
Medicine seemed a natural path for her to pursue, says Dr. Millan.

Her passion for supporting and advancing independent practices led her to seek a unified solution thus the inception of MG3. Her dedication

Her dedication to Healthcare is proven by her experience spanning over 28 years and includes Controller for Long Term Care and 7 Assisted Living facilities , CRCFA licensed Assisted Living Administrator, and Business Manager for a Long Term Care Pharmacy. She has served as Practice Manager and outpatient coder in Orthopedics, Podiatry, Pain Management, Primary Care, Urgent Care, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health,Gynecology and DME. In addition, she has 15 years experience in medical and behavioral health credentialing and contracting. She has also served as co-director of Clinical Trials in Pain Management.
